STEP 1
Doctor’s Call
Please ensure you enter the patient details at checkout before placing your order. Once completed, our doctor will call you within 30 minutes from one of these numbers: +6016 299 1377 or +603 2705 3828.
STEP 2
Consultation & Assessment
The doctor will assess your condition and issue a prescription if suitable. If needed, a different medication may be prescribed.
STEP 3
Dispensation & Delivery
Our pharmacist will review and confirm the prescription before preparing your medication. Once verified, your order will be packed and delivered to your doorstep.
Understanding the Doctor’s Consultation Fee
To purchase this medication, you need a valid prescription from DoctorOnCall, even if you already have one. Our Doctor Consultation allows you to speak with a doctor via teleconsultation for just $3.94 (Save $2.06, Normal Price: $6.00).
By law, prescription medications can only be dispensed with a valid prescription. This consultation ensures your treatment is safe and appropriate, without the need to visit a clinic.
The fee covers the doctor’s time in:
- Reviewing your medical history
- Assessing your suitability for treatment
- Providing medical advice and issuing a prescription if appropriate
Our doctors are compensated for their professional services, and all consultation fees go directly to them.
Same-Day Consultation
Orders placed between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC+8) will be scheduled for consultation 30 minutes after purchase.
Next-Day Consultation
Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be scheduled for consultation the next day between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (UTC+8).

If the doctor determines that you are not eligible for the treatment, the consultation fee remains non-refundable. However, you will receive a full refund for any prescribed items.
If a prescribed item is out of stock, you will be fully refunded for that item. However, the doctor consultation fee remains non-refundable.
In some cases, the doctor may recommend a suitable alternative. If the new medication costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, our Customer Service team will contact you with a payment link for the additional amount.
If you choose to reject the alternative medication, you will receive a refund for that item.
